Custom-printed and embroidered orders are non-refundable. Should one arrive damaged, please alert us immediately. We will contact the manufacturer to try and rectify the issue.
Stock clothing items come with a 30-day money-back guarantee if returned in new condition. Shipping is not refundable.
On-site pickup of larger items including skulls is certainly preferable. We can work with you to meet up in San Antonio or Austin if those locations are better for you than Tarpley.
Shipping Large Items
Shipping large items can be quite expensive. If the horn caps slip off, the inner bone of a skull can be cut back enough to fit into a box that does not exceed 42”. We can ship UPS Ground for $50-$100, depending on the destination.
If the horn caps do not slip off, as most skulls of older animals, we must construct a custom shipping crate and ship freight. The estimated cost for freight shipping a crate to a receiving dock is around $300-$350, depending on location. This estimate includes materials to construct the crate. If the delivery address does not have a loading dock, a lift gate truck delivery will run an extra $100 or more. Every effort will be taken to carefully pack your skull, but we cannot refund the purchase price or shipping if your item arrives damaged in shipping. We, therefore much prefer you pick up your skull and drive it safely to your home.
